Ø      served families 4006 times - providing them with food, household, hygiene and other necessities
Ø      852 families helped with diapers
Ø      533 people received bus tokens
Ø      334 families received Christmas gifts and food cards for local grocer
Ø      220 families helped with rent or utility financial assistance
Ø      204 families received a fan and 7 an air conditioner in the summer
Ø      48 persons helped to obtain birth certificates, state IDs, prescriptions or medical supplies
Ø      38 households referred for household or baby furniture 
Ø      volunteers gave more than 12,000 hours!
